The committee met last night and there are a few things to update you all about!
• Out in the Park. If you can help run the Rainbow Team Wellington stall at any point during the day please sign up on Peter’s poll on the Facebook page. There was also talk of a picnic at some point on the day, we’ll update with more info soon.
• After consulting with the Sunday players, the majority wish the time of play to be changed to 10.30am – 12.30pm, this will take effect from this Sunday (9 Feb).
• The rate for casual players has been lowered to $10/session as a trial and will be reviewed at the AGM. This is due to some feedback that the previous rate was too high and proving a barrier to casual players.
• The club will begin purchasing some shuttles for use at club sessions. This is a trial to see what kind of usage/cost ratio there is, and will be reviewed at the AGM.
And finally, a reminder that subs for February were due on the 25th January, if you haven’t paid them yet, please do it soon 😉
