Just to let you know some of the key details from last Wednesday’s AGM!
Fees:
Casual fees will stay at $10/session
Monthly fees will remain at $30 (1 session per week) / $45 (2 sessions per week)
Robin has requested that people organise their fees for the month to come into the account within the first week of that month – this will make it easier for him to track how we are doing.
Annual fees remain set at $190 / $320, however, as our AGM was late and to get the fee back in to sink with our normal annual period (June – May) anyone wishing to pay for an annual membership this year can pay $172 / $290 (covering July ’20 – May ’21). It was also decided that anyone renewing an annual membership can pay the reduced rate of $155 / $261, to make up for the time lost to Covid-19. Anyone wishing to take up the annual fee offer must pay it by the 8th of July at the latest.
The club’s financial position is relatively good, and as a result we have decided to trial buying shuttles for club use, and make an assessment after 3 months about ongoing viability.
