Kia ora team! The new court management system will come into play from Wednesday 14th June. I will be creating FB Events for each Wed & Sun session two weeks in advance. What we need you folks to do:
- Click ‘going’ to the FB event if you’re pretty sure you’ll be there, it’s better for us to know the numbers as EARLY as possible so we can book extra courts if needed.
- If you are not on Facebook, please email us (wgtnracqueteers@gmail.com), message Craig Atkins, or use the contact form on this site, to let us know you are coming along.
- If you can, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can get everyone signed in and the first group of courts set up and running. When you arrive come and see me (or whoever is at the computer).
- If you’re bringing extra folk (who aren’t in the FB group), or if you are going to be late, please message me or pop a comment on that session’s Event.
- If a session gets very busy, and we can’t get extra courts, we will close the session and create a waitlist (we will post on FB).
- If you have to leave a session early, please tell the person running the computer so they can remove you from the system for the rest of that session.
Each slot will run for around 12-14 minutes (play as many games as you can), after that the buzzer will go and then the next group of folk go on etc.
