Kia ora team!
This year’s AGM will be held in the Tui Hunter Lounge, upstairs at the Badminton Wellington Centre, after club play on Wednesday 15 April (starting at around 7.45pm).
We would love for you to join us, some snacks and drinks will be provided. If you are keen to come along, please select going on our Facebook event, so we have an idea of numbers.
The AGM pack, and minutes from last year’s AGM are below, please have a read. We have two vacancies on the Committee; one for Social Co-ordinator, and one for a general committee member. If you’re interested in either of those roles, please have a chat to Craig (or any other committee member) at Club Play, or message/email us and let us know. Nominations for committee roles will close on Wednesday 8th April at 5pm.
